Initiative CanSat22

CanSat is an initiative of the European Space Agency that challenges students from all over Europe to build and launch a mini satellite the size of a soda can. As every year, on April 28th 2021, the Galician regional competition was held at CIAR, the purpose was to select the team that represents the community in the national phase.

The mission of the mini satellite consists of conducting an experiment and/or a technological demonstration during the fall, achieving a safe landing and analyzing the collected data. More information about this initiative can be obtained on https://esero.es/cansat/

The systems were launched by Aeromedia, from an approximate height of 500m.
