In accordance with the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we inform you that your personal data will belong to a personal data processing designated as "SE.INTA. PROCESOS DE COLABORACION".
The controller of the processing is the General Director of the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA) of the Ministry of Defence, located at Carretera Torrejon a Ajalvir Km 4,5. Torrejon de Ardoz. 28850-Madrid (clopd@inta.es).
The lawfulness of this processing is validated by article 6.1.e) of the GDPR, "which states that processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller". This lawfulness is validated in Spanish Domestic Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Organic Law 5/2005, on National Defence.
Transfer of personal data to third parties will be made.
Subjects of the processing shall exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and right to object through the official Electronic Office of the Ministry of Defence at: https://sede.defensa.gob.es/acceda/contacto; and, also, in the e-mail dpd@mde.es.
